Sales/CRM Marketing Coordinator

General Summary:
The Sales/CRM Coordinator plays a vital role in the team’s ability to successfully support the sales organization by ensuring the integrity of CRM (Salesforce.com) data. Share marketing expertise by the creation and development of marketing opportunities for company by creating original content for company website, micro-site or product specific websites, direct e-mail marketing efforts & social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing Prospect and Lead databases within Salesforce.com
  • Use the Web and Business Intelligence tools to develop target lists to support marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for ensuring CRM (Salesforce.com) data conforms to Data Sales data quality standards and/or business rules across the organization. This requires extensive data cleansing and ongoing maintenance of the data including data-entry, following established business rules.
  • Help develop effective presentations that tell a compelling story
  • Provide customer analysis and data mining as needed
  • Assist with maintaining, developing, and deploying ad-hoc Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to provide ROI of marketing.
  • Create and assemble sales performance reports for the sales team
  • Assist with website updating and maintenance.
  • Work with Leasing Managers to assist in their daily use of Salesforce.com. Monitor and vet inbound response to marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with Pre & Post Tradeshow lead generation activities including cold-calling
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in relevant field
  • CRM Data Management Experience, preferably with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce.com Level 1 Administration Ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a proficiency in data manipulation using (Excel/Access) CRM Database skills, (preferably Salesforce.com) HTML programming helpful as is Adobe and PowerPoint
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to think outside the box, and effectively solve problems
  • Can easily manage multiple tasks simultaneously and has a good sense of prioritization.
  • Will bring their creativity, marketing expertise and technical skills to our growing organization in support of lead generation efforts
  • Must appreciate and enjoy the challenge of using technology to create business results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, investigation and listening skills to solve problems and provide solutions in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Self motivated and organized to remain focused on objectives
  • Previous email marketing communication experience is a real plus
