Compensation
Our continued success and future growth depends on our ability to attract and retain outstanding employees. To ensure we are competitive, we continually assess industry standards, recruitment data among selected high tech companies to benchmark and if necessary adjust our compensation practices.

Personal & Vacation Time
All full-time employees at Data Sales accrue both paid personal time (6) days a year, plus, up to (3) weeks of vacation time. Based on a tenured scale, Data Sales also gives bonus time for achieving seniority goals.

Insurance Coverage
Data Sales Co. offers Medical, Dental, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), and Long-Term Disability (LTD), Life, Voluntary Life, and Voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD), insurance to qualified employees. We also offer a Pharmacy and Mail-Order Program, and paid sick leave. As an incentive for staying healthy, qualified employees will receive healthy pay. Healthy Pay consists of a percentage of your regular pay per remaining days of sick time at the end of the year.

Retirement Plan
Data Sales Co. offers a 401(k) plan where qualified employees can set aside a percentage of their gross salary on a pre-tax basis for retirement planning. The company also offers a 25% match, according to the vesting schedule, up to 4% of an employee’s annual salary. Participating employees will receive the employer match if they have worked at least 1,000 hours of service and are employed on the last day of the plan year.

Flexible Benefits
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Flexible Benefits Plan at their time of hire. In general, enrollment in Flexible Benefits allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars into an account for eligible health or dependent care expenses you incur throughout the year and to be reimbursed by submission of receipts.

Paid Holidays
Data Sales observes the following holidays each year:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (1/2 day) and Christmas Day. Employees may use their personal days to extend these holidays or to observe others.

Employee Club
Data Sales proudly sponsors its own Employee Club. The Club is funded by the company and in the past has sponsored the following activities: Prime Rib in the Park, family picnics, sponsorship of volleyball, softball, bowling and golf teams, ice cream socials and other impromptu lunches. The Employee Club also offers discounted tickets for the Minnesota State Fair and the Renaissance Festival, as well as sponsors a dry cleaning service with free pickup and delivery. There is also a free DVD/video and audio lending library featuring popular movie titles, books on tape and computer software training materials.

Training
